President and CEO of ARRI Inc., Bahnemann was instrumental in the design and development of several significant ARRIFLEX products, which contributed substantially to the advancement of the film industry. Among those products are the ARRI/Zeiss high speed lenses for 35mm cinematography, the Arriflex35 III, 765, and 435 motion picture cameras, and the ARRI/Zeiss variable prime lenses for 35mm cinematography.
