In 2002, Bergvall and Simon Sandquist released their first feature-length film, DEN OSYNLIGE / THE INVISIBLE to considerable critical acclaim. It starred Gustaf Skarsgård (son of Stellan Skarsgård), and won the 2003 Guldbagge (Golden Beetle) Award for production design; Tuva Novotny was nominated for Best Actress.
