Colin Campbell

Gail Lerner and Colin Campbell are a married filmmaking team. SERAGLIO was their first film. They met at Columbia University's Graduate Theater Directing Program. Together and singly, they have written and directed at venues including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Romanian National Opera, Young Playwrights' Inc., New Dramatists, Lincoln Center Directors' Lab, the Egyptian Arena, A.S.K. Theater Projects, the mark Taper Forum, and Cornerstone Theater. They currently live in Los Angeles, where Campbell directs for A.S.K. Theater Projects, Theatre Neo, and the Actors' Gang. Lerner's recent sitcom writing credits include "Will and Grace" and "The Trouble With Normal."

Campbell's recent films include TAN LINES: THE MAKING OF SUNTANNED BIKINI (2003), THE SPEEDING TICKET and TUBE (both 2004), ESCORCHED (2005), and PANTS ON FIRE (scheduled for release in 2008).
