Born in Israel. Apprenticed as a film editor in the early 1990s: JFK (1991, post-production intern), HEAVEN & EARTH (1993, apprentice editor) and THE CURE (1995, assoc. editor). Other notable (non-nominated) editing credits (usually in collaboration) include FOR WHICH HE STANDS (1996), U TURN and SUB DOWN (both 1997, both add'l editor), ENDURANCE (1998) and THE BOURNE IDENTITY (2002), his first solo editing credit. He's subsequently cut THE NEW WORLD (2005), THE ELEPHANT KING (2006, supervising editor), and JUMPER (2008).
