Born in Cardiff, Wales, UK. Myerson was the writer of the 1983 British television series "The Bill." He made a special study of Ancient Greek civilisation for his degree, and has been an enthusiast ever since. He is a novelist, journalist, Oscar®-nominated filmmaker, and an Arvon writing course teacher. Myerson has written all sorts of dramas - from soaps to radio, from screenplays to teleplays - including episodes of "EastEnders", "Testament: The Bible in Animation", "The Legend of William Tell" and "Holby City". He is a former Lambeth councillor and magistrate. And he watches a lot of cricket.
