Prosthetic supervisor and a leading prosthetic makeup artist based in London, England. He has developed what he claims is the fastest and most reliable system in the world for creating perfect prosthetics. These encapsulated Silicon Gel prosthetics have been tried and used to great effect by Tom Cruise, Liam Neesom and Christian Bale. In all conditions, this system has proved to be the best. This is the only system suitable for use with High Definition Digital Film. O'Sullivan entered film as a properties and dummies sculptor for LOST IN SPACE (1998), and he supervised the prosthetics for SAVING PRIVATE RYAN (also 1998). Other notable credits include PLUNKETT & MacLEANE (1999), QUILLS and NASTY NEIGHBOURS (both 2000), JUST VISITING and CAPTAIN CORELLI'S MANDOLIN (both 2001), THE HOURS and ALIEN LOVE TRIANGLE (both 2002), THE LAST SAMURAI (2003), RESCUE DAWN (2006), "The Tudors" (TV) and CHARLIE WILSON'S WAR (both 2007), and THE DARK KNIGHT (2008).
