Born in Italy. Producer who entered British film as a unit runner for THE KILLING FIELDS (1984). Working his way up as 3rd a.d. (THE FROG PRINCE, 1984; THE MISSION, 1986) and production manager (MEETING VENUS, 1991 - also assoc. producer), he produced PALOOKAVILLE (1995), THE FULL MONTY (1997), THE CLOSER YOU GET (2000), THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES (2001), and MACHAN (2008, also writer & director).
