Born in Pasadena, CA. Engaging lead and supporting actress from the 1970s and 80s who landed her first major role in LIFEGUARD (1976), opposite Sam Elliott. Quinlan was acclaimed for her performance as a schizophrenic teenager in the absorbing 1977 drama, I NEVER PROMISED YOU A ROSE GARDEN. Her recent credits include MY GIANT (1998), A CIVIL ACTION (1998), a recurring role on TV's "Family Law" (1999), THE BATTLE OF SHAKER HEIGHTS (2003), EL PADRINO (2004), THE HILLS HAVE EYES (2006), HARM'S WAY, AMERICAN FORK and BRANCH (all 2007), and THE DISSECTION OF THANKSGIVING and MADE OF HONOR (both 2008).
