Craig Reynolds is an internationally renowned for his work with Boids, the program that first utilized flocking. With several movie credits to his name [including scene programmer for Disney's TRON (1982) and the Video Image crew for Warner Bros.' BATMAN RETURNS (1992)], Reynolds is a prominent figure in both the field of ALife and animation.

 Scientific and Engineering Award (Plaque) 1997: For his pioneering contributions to the development of three-dimensional computer animation for motion picture production.
