Jane Scott

Born in Epsom, Surrey, England. Started out as a magazine journalist. Producer who entered Australian film as a production secretary for THE ADVENTURES OF BARRY McKENZIE (1972). She served as production manager/supervisor for IN SEARCH OF ANNA (1978) and MY BRILLIANT CAREER (1979). Scott's producing credits begin as an associate producer of OZ (1976) and STORM BOY (1977). She worked as production manager for IN SEARCH OF ANNA (1978) and MY BRILLIANT CAREER (1979, also assoc. producer). Other notable producing credits include 'CROCODILE' DUNDEE (1986, line producer), 'CROCODILE' DUNDEE II (1988), STRICTLY BALLROOM (1992, line producer), "The Tommyknockers" (1993, TV), SHINE (1996), UNDER THE LIGHTHOUSE DANCING (1997, line producer), HEAD ON (1998), LOVE'S BROTHER (2003), and MAO'S LAST DANCER (scheduled for release in 2010).
