Simeon Soffer is a graduate of California Institute for the Arts (CalArts) who ran his own music video and commercial production company in New York City. His documentary credits for Gabriel Films include "I, Rodeo Bullfighter" and "Deep Sea, Deep Secrets" for the Discovery Channel. Soffer generally shoots and edits his work while collaborating with the Gabriel Films team on writing and producing.
