Writer and production executive who entered American film as a second unit director for THE RIVER (1984). Other 2nd a.d. credits include FOR THE BOYS (1991, also assoc. producer) and INTERSECTION (1994). Screenwriting credits (alone or in collaboration) include NIXON (1995), ALI (2001), COPYING BEETHOVEN (2006, also producer), an untitled Jackie Robinson film for AC Films (announced for 2008), and AMARILLO SLIM (scheduled for release in 2009).
