Born in Belgrade, Yugoslavia (now Slovenia); student at University for Film and Theatre in Belgrade. Several of Arsenijevic's student films were prize winners at various festivals: PLUM received The Golden Knight at Moscow Film Festival, LANDSCAPES was awarded Best Documentary at The Yugoslavian Film Festival 2000, and NIGHT PORTER was awarded Best Short in 2001. He wrote and directed the dramatic short MALA JUTARNJA PRICA (2002). His (A)TORSION was awarded The Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival 2003 and was nominated for an Oscar®. Other films include LOST AND FOUND (2005: Episode "Fabulous Vera) and LJUBAV I DRUGI ZIOCINI / LOVE AND OTHER CRIMES (2008).  Nominated for Short Film (Live Action) 2003: (A)TORZIJA 1 nomination
