The Children of Leningradsky (2004)
Born in Cracow, Poland. Celinski graduated from the State Theater Academy in Cracow where he has got diploma at the Actors Faculty (1984.)

In 1995 he completed a stint at the State Theater Academy, where he was a member of the Drama and TV Directing faculty. He directed several succesful theater performances in Polish and Czech Republic theaters: In 1997 he directed a play Szeherezada or Disco-Polo live, which won a contest for the best comic play of the year. In 1999 he wrote and directed a play Homlet, which was entusiasticly accepted by critics and which won an award in 2002 for the best performance of contemporary Polish drama.

Celinski's 2002 performance of The Mouth of Mick Jagger won the award for best comic performance of the 2002-03 season in Prague in the Czech Republic.

Celinski has produced and directed several documentary films in Poland: GREY, about the art of photography; CRAZY WORLD, which focused on young people creating experimental films and participating in a film contest; and TIME FOR THEATER, about new trends in Polish theater.

In 2000 Hanna Polak invited him to come to Moscow, where he started to film homeless children living in Moscow's railway stations. In 2004 Polak and Celinski completed their film, THE CHILDREN OF LENINGRADSKY.
