Ted Kostas

In 2002, Ted Kostas was appointed Director of Distributor Services for Dolby Labs. Prior to that, Costas was Senior Manager (Sales and Operations) for LucasFilm Ltd.'s THX, overseeing sales and operations for THX's distribution and postproduction services. He was instrumental in helping to launch digital technology throughout the film postproduction chain.

Kostas was also instumental in the establishment of TASA, the Trailer Audio Standards Association, which monitors the volume of theatrical trailers exhibited in movie theaters.
