Co-founder in 1994 of Brown Bag Films with Darragh O'Connell. Gaffney oversees the development and financing of TV programs and is the company's managing director. He produced and directed GIVE UP YER AUL SINS (2001). Subsequent credits have been in animated series for Irish television: "Crap Rap" and "I'm an Animal" (both 2006, both producer), "Wobblyland" (exec. prod.) and "Crap Rap 2" (producer) (both 2007).
