Rodgers has worked as a stunt person (and later stunt coordinator) in over 70 films, both features and for television, from the late 1970s. For 13 years (1984-1997), he was Mel Gibson's personal stunt double. Worked as a 2nd unit director for over 20 films from 1984 through 2003.
