Working extensively in television, his feature film editing credits include DESPERATE HOURS (1990), PAST MIDNIGHT (1992), TERESA'S TATTOO and DANGEROUS TOUCH (both 1994), NOTHING PERSONAL (1995), DEAD MEN CAN'T DANCE (1997), OLYMPIC GLORY (1999), THE BOURNE IDENTITY (2002), THE ITALIAN JOB and PAYCHECK (both 2003), THE BOURNE SUPREMACY (2004), EIGHT BELOW and UNITED 93 (both 2006), THE BOURNE ULTIMATUM (2007), and THE GREEN ZONE (scheduled for release in 2009).

In 2007, Rouse was invited to join A.M.P.A.S.
