Began as a layout artist in American television at Atkinson Film Arts for "The Body Electric" (1985). Other TV layout artist credits include "The Tin Soldier" and "Babar and Father Christmas" (both 1986), "The Nightingale" and "The Adventures of Teddy Ruxpin" (series) (both 1987), and "Noah's Ark", "The Raccoons" (series) and "The Teddy Bears' Picnic" (all 1989). Walker's film credits include ROLLER COASTER RABBIT and THE RESCUERS DOWN UNDER (both 1990), BEAUTY AND THE BEAST (1991, layout supervisor: Florida), OFF HIS ROCKERS and ALADDIN (both 1992), TRAIL MIX-UP (1993), THE LION KING (1994), supervising the layout on MULAN (1998), and layout artist for LILO & STITCH (2002). Walker co-directed BROTHER BEAR (2003), and he's scheduled to direct KING OF THE ELVES (announced for 2012).  Nominated for Animated Feature Film 2003: BROTHER BEAR (w. Aaron Blaise) 1 nomination
