Williams began as a production executive in television with "True West" (1984). Other TV projects include "The Dining Room" (1984), "The Rise and Rise of Daniel Rocket" and "Rocket to the Moon" (both 1986), and "The Grapes of Wrath" (1991). Entered film as a prducer of SEVEN YEARS IN TIBET (1997). Other notable film credits include SHREK and FRANK WAS A MONSTER WHO WANTED TO DANCE (both 2001), THE TUXEDO (2002), SHREK 2 (2004), VALIANT (2005), HAPPILY N'EVER AFTER (2006), SHREK THE THIRD (2007), SPACE CHIMPS (slated for release in 2008), and CITIZEN SIEGE and ON THE ROAD (both scheduled for release in 2009).  Nominated for Best Animated Feature of the Year 2004: SHREK 2 - Producer at Dreamworks SKG (w.
